 #IAmRemarkable is a global movement that empowers everyone, including underrepresented groups, to celebrate their achievements in the workplace and beyond, while challenging the social perception around self-promotion. 

This is a free virtual workshop.

 The Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) is an online assessment that measures an individual's or group's intercultural competence: 

 The IDI assesses how well someone can shift their cultural perspective and adapt their behavior to cultural differences. It also measures how well someone interacts with people from different cultural backgrounds.  

The IDI can help individuals and organizations: 

• Understand what contributes to their successes and challenges in areas of difference 
• Identify actions they can take to build capacity to more effectively navigate those differences 
• Shape their diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice (DEIJ) initiatives 
• Develop inclusive policies, practices, and strategies 

 The IDI is only given by a Qualified IDI Administrator.  

Individual results are shared in a confidential 1:1 Individual Debrief with a QA. Group Debriefs take from 1-3 hours. 

The results indicate a position along an intercultural development continuum, which can help identify areas that require further attention. 

 A link to take the online assessment will be provided after payment is confirmed. The individual debrief will be scheduled after the IDI Inventory is completed.

For groups or organizations would like to receive a debrief based on the group as a whole and individual debriefs for up to 12 people. 

1. Please contact drwendolyn@hrtdi.com to schedule the group debrief. 
2. Please complete the Group Registration Form registering the name and email address of each group member. Please make sure each email address is correct to ensure the assessment link is received. 
3. Pay online after the Registration Form is submitted and the debrief is scheduled or request an invoice for payment.
4. A link to the assessment will be emailed to each email address provided after payment is received.
