The mission of HRTDI, LLC is to offer fiscally responsible solutions to:

• Provide Strategic Management practices to Higher Education Institutions related to mobile learners. 
• Provide Strategic Human Resource Management practices to Small to Medium Nonprofit Organizations (SMNPOs) based on doctoral studies.
• Provide Professional Development education and training to organizations and individuals

HRTDI, LLC envisions adding to the work around mobile learners and education attainment to meet learners needs. The vision began with and will continue to include Small to Medium Nonprofits (SMNPOs) becoming more inclusive of practices that make all organizations stronger and competitive and bridging the gap between scholar and practitioner in organizations where executive leadership doesn’t have time to add to their knowledge base.

The purpose of HRTDI, LLC is to bring scholarly research to strengthen executives allowing them to continue to focus on the function of their organization while increasing direct strategic  management applicable knowledge. It is also to provide individuals opportunities to grow professionally increasing the value of academic and employment careers.
